These have been a wonderful couple of days for Manchester United’s Nemanja Matic.

First, he celebrated his second anniversary as a Red Devil, and now, he has been swarmed by superstars on

Since joining the red Manchester team two years ago, he has played a total of 87 games for the squad, scoring three goals and assisting a further three in the process.

Now, he has taken to Instagram to send a thank you note to everyone who wished him a happy birthday.

And indeed there were many and some of the other footballing stars and icons were also present.

Among the first ones were Ander Herrera, the ex-Manchester United player, and Paulo Ferreira, his ex-Chelsea teammate.

Manchester United’s next challenge pits them against AC Milan in the International Champions Cup (ICC), and the game will be played on August 3 at the Principality Stadium.

After that, they will host Chelsea at Old Trafford for their 2019/20 Premier League opener in what is looking to be a big clash between Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and new Blues boss Frank Lampard.
